Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Health Export ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Health Export is an iOS application that allows you to export your Apple HealthKit data as JSON or CSV files. The app provides both free and premium features available through in-app purchases.

Free and Premium Features

Health Export offers a free tier with limited functionality and premium features available via in-app purchase:

Free: Manual JSON export of today's health data (5 basic metrics) to local device storage.
Premium: Auto-sync scheduling, export via Share Sheet (iCloud Drive, email, AirDrop, etc.), CSV format, multi-day history (up to 365 days), and access to all 50+ health metrics.

Subscriptions and Payments

Yearly Subscription: Premium features are available via an auto-renewable yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Lifetime Purchase: A one-time, non-consumable purchase is also available, granting permanent access to all premium features.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. For refunds, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

HealthKit Data

Health Export accesses Apple HealthKit data with your explicit permission.
The app reads health data in read-only mode and does not modify your HealthKit records.
All data processing occurs on your device. No health data is transmitted to external servers.
You are responsible for any health data you choose to export and share via the iOS Share Sheet.

User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of exported health data files on your device.
You are responsible for any actions you take with your exported data, including sharing it with third parties via the Share Sheet.

Intellectual Property

Health Export and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Health Export is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The exported health data will be 100% accurate (data accuracy depends on Apple HealthKit and your connected devices).
The app is suitable for medical, diagnostic, or treatment purposes. Health Export is for personal data export only and is not a medical device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or health information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
